The Memphis Housing Authority is looking to retain qualified contractors to provide preparation services for upcoming inclement weather at MHA Developments. The contractor shall follow all Local, State, and Federal regulations for a turnkey project. MHA recommends, that all potential bidders visit the job site to assess the existing conditions and provide a cost per the attached quote form. MHA reserves the right to award this project in its entirety, partially, or not at all.
